Our client is looking to recruit a Travel Compliance Manager , focusing on improving understanding of and compliance with the Travel Category strategy across specific client environments.

 

Location - London or Fanrborough

 

 

Package = Circa £42K

 

The Travel Compliance Manager will be responsible for driving up the level of customer compliance with the Travel Category strategy.

 

Strong procurement, process management and category expertise are required in order to deliver the benefits associated with the implementation of leading travel practices and processes.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

· Deliver incremental savings through influencing behaviour change at all stakeholder levels within major clients.

· Improve customer adoption of best practice travel policies and processes.

· Improve the utilisation levels of the Travel On-Line Booking Tool.

· Ensure that the customer satisfaction of  services in the Travel Category.

· Develop and implement a Travel communications plan for the client.

 

Knowledge, skill & experience

 

The role requires an individual that has a proven track record in managing complex client relationships. The candidate should have: 

· Experience and a demonstrable track record of forming and managing effective customer relationships at all organisational levels.

· Experience of dealing with customers face to face.

· The ability to deal with challenging relationships across complex business structures.

· Capability to understand the complexity of the travel commercial model.

· Experience in business process outsourcing.

· Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables.

· Ability to face and resolve issues in a collaborative manner.

· Ideally experience of working in the travel industry or managing travel within a large, decentralised business organisation.

Salary: £42,000 to £42,000 per Annum + Benefits
