Record   - The behaviour of the candidate (not an opinion or interpretation), i.e. what       he/she says and does.Use as much detail as possible. Classify Evaluate -Combine all observed behaviours into a single rating of effectiveness for each competency area. After the interview is completed,consultants relate the observed behaviour to a competency and decide whether it is a positive or negative indicator of that competency..
