The Background This global consultancy, with an enviable, high volume portfolio of international clients, is currently seeking to recruit a forward-thinking manager to lead project planning and case analysis within their payroll transformation department. This client facing opportunity will involve international travel. The Responsibilities Working within a dedicated HR & Payroll technology team and reporting directly to the Senior HR Technology Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the support of large-scale change involving SAP technology. Taking responsibility of key business analysis life cycles, you will work closely with the client to understand their business trends and needs, obtaining analysis, which will then lead onto payroll product selection. You will oversee a team of consultants, dedicated to the implementation process and you will manage them through the entirety of the lifecycle. The Professional As the successful candidate, you will be a proven payroll systems (or HR systems with payroll as an emphasis) leader with experience of working with executives and co-ordinating transformation. You will have experience of client facing consultancy project work along with the functional and technical ability to drive change initiatives. You will have a strong awareness of successful service delivery coupled with the ability to align with SLA's.
